Role Profile:

• Work in a supportive team led by a dynamic Partner and committed Senior Managers to service a diverse portfolio of medium-sized clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their accounting and financial concerns promptly.
• Ensure clients' financial transactions are compliant with accounting standards and regulations.
• Drive financial reporting and analysis – prepare and analyse financial statements, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide clients with insightful financial advice and recommendations.
• Prepare and review tax returns for entities and stay current with tax regulations, and ensure clients' compliance with tax laws.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Share expertise and best practices with team members.
   

Successful Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting (or a related field) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. 
• Previous experience in a chartered accounting firm – ideally in business/CFO services; however, audit candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and someone who can always be counted on for confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
