The OpportunityThe ANZ Tax Manager is a newly created position at Frucor Suntory which will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring our tax-related activities are aligned with local regulations and international standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies, managing compliance, and providing expert advice on tax matters to support the company's financial goals.
What's in your toolkit?To enable you to hit the ground running in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Extensive tax management experience, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand tax laws
- A strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and international tax regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement tax strategies in a multinational FMCG environment
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt and be flexible/agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania
- Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome
- Experience in tax management relating to alcohol sales and distribution (Desirable)
