Tax Supervisor - Tax Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
2. Proactively identify clients' needs and objectives, providing strategic advice and tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
3. Manage and oversee all aspects of client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting, taxation, and advisory services.
4. Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions, effectively communicating complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
5. Act as a mentor and coach to junior staff members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications: 

1. CA/CPA certification is an advantage.
2. Has extensive experience working in a public accounting firm, with a focus on client management and advisory services.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong technical expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients of all levels.
6. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
7. Proficiency in accounting software. 
8. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
