Our client has been in operation for over 40 years and are experts in providing accounting, wealth, and business advisory services to their long-term portfolio of clients from various industries.

YOUR ROLE 

This is an exciting opportunity to tailor the role to your strengths! Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing and communicating daily with a portfolio of clients 
• Assisting and providing consultations to clients relative to tax planning, business development, strategies, coaching, etc
• Sitting in on all client meetings and looking after clients from start to finish
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to assist clients with attaining financial security
• Training and mentoring accounting team members, as well as reviewing compliance work
• Undertaking the preparation of financial statements, BAS, and tax returns for all entities

ABOUT YOU

• CA/CPA/IPA qualified or close to being
• At least 5 + years of experience working within the Australian public practice sector
• Experienced using Xero or other accounting softwares
• Experience supervising or managing an accounting team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
