Selection Criteria
- Approval to teach Primary 3-6 with demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality differentiated literacy and numeracy programs with expertise in student data analysis to inform teaching practice.
- Highly developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with thE Ability to work collaboratively to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community to enhance student outcomes.
- A demonstrated capacity to contribute to a strong school culture of co-teaching and innovative teaching and learning practices to meet the diverse needs of students including High Potential and Talented students.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop positive learning environments with a thorough understanding of effective behaviour management strategies that enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes.
- Proven ability to implement effective strategies and programs to enhance the wellbeing of a diverse range of learners including students from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and those who have experienced trauma, low socio-economic status or havE A disability.
- A commitment to enriching students learning and wellbeing by actively contributing to the provision and support of whole school programs and extra-curricular opportunities for students including, but not limited to, public speaking, debating, technology and sport.
