As an ECT-Educational Leader, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.  

About Goodstart Beaudesert Brisbane Street is a 65 place service, catering for children ages from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our Centre is family focused and we are very proud to say that we see our service as an extension of the families that attend here. We have a team of dedicated, qualified and passionate educators with a strong leadership team. We are located close to shops, strong community involvement and provide an inclusive environment.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)

      OR

     Qualification in Primary or Secondary education, Diploma or Cert 3 in Children’s Services along with QLD Teacher Registration

• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
