Selection Criteria * Approval and demonstrated passion for teaching Modern History (11-12) and History (7-10).

- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents in the long term.
- Demonstrated commitment to work as part of a diverse team and contribute to faculty and whole school initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate innovative practises to engage and challenge students.
- Understanding of the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and demonstrated capacity to support the cultural safety of Aboriginal students.
