The successful applicant should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be student and relationship focused, innovative and motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, we seek a teacher who possess the ability to effectively implement the College’s Positive Behaviour Schools (PBS) Behaviour Matrix and Behaviour Management flowchart.Adopting inclusive practices, building positive relationships with students, staff and the community are important components of the role.
