About the role
We are seeking a world-class educator to inspire the next generation of students in air- conditioning & Refrigeration by joining our team of teachers on a permanent full-time basis located at Grafton Campus.

Essential requirements:
- Hold a minimum qualification in Certificate III in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration
- Hold appropriate License issued by NSW Fair Trading (Endorsed Contractor Certificate or Qualified Supervisor Certificate).
- Hold the appropriate ARC RHL licence (Australian Refrigeration Council Refrigerant Handling Licence).
- Hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent OR a willingness to undertake our full time 14 week ‘Paid to Learn’ course.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience relevant to your industry.
- Highly Desirable: Specialised qualification in HVAC&R systems such as Natural Refrigerants, Building Management Systems or Diploma in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering
Paid to Learn: for candidates who do not hold the TAE40122 or equivalent, you have the option to be Paid to Learn as you transition from industry to teaching with guaranteed work following successful completion of the 14 weeks Training and Assessment course. Those who already hold the TAE qualification or equivalent are still eligible to apply.
