About the role
Bring your current industry experience and knowledge in Dental Assisting and join our vibrant team of Teachers in these exciting causal opportunities based at our Ultimo Campus and delivering from the Sydney Dental Hospital. Successful candidates in this role will be predominantly responsible for delivering TAFE NSW'S Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
TAFE Teachers are professional educators who help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The successful candidates in this role will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes.
About You
We are looking for passionate and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following Essential Requirements:
- Certificate III Dental Assisting or equivalent (minimum; Certificate IV desirable)
- Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent
- Three years post-qualification experience in Dental Assisting (minimum), gained no longer than five years ago
- Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency + VET knowledge and skills
