THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time and Part Time position available.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing Full Time or Part Time, with a 6-month qualifying period.
Holmesglen offers a wide range of plumbing courses to suit all student training needs. From TAFE pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training courses through to Certificate IV Plumbing License courses. All plumbing courses are taught in our expansive plumbing facilities with industry-standard equipment
Right now, our Plumbing department needs several energetic and eager people to teach both the theory and hands-on parts of our Certificate II, III and IV Plumbing course.
ABOUT YOU
- Completed a plumbing apprenticeship and proven experience as a registered/licensed plumber.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, relevant to teaching
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, and in the use of flexible teaching methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and capacity to plan, meet agreed deadlines in the completion of duties.
