Madora Bay Primary School (PS) opened its doors to students in 2023. They will work collaboratively to implement whole school approaches consistently and take collective responsibility for all students. A strong understanding of the curriculum and the ability to integrate technology effectively is desirable. The Madora Bay PS teaching team participates in whole school, phase of learning and curriculum planning to embed whole school approaches to teaching and learning.The ability to establish genuine, positive and caring relationships with our students and families is paramount. The successful applicant will ideally embed a proactive and inclusive approach which includes individualised planning. The consistent application of low-key classroom management strategies aligned to Positive Behaviour Support and outstanding delivery of pastoral care which supports the health and wellbeing of all our students should also be embedded in your practice. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur throughout our school for up to 12 months following this initial appointment.
