Camira State School was established in 1974 and has been proudly providing an education for students from Camira and surrounding suburbs for over forty years. Camira is a suburb of Ipswich City located on the western side of Brisbane and approximately 9km East of the Ipswich City centre.
Camira State School is a co-educational school with approximately 650 students currently enrolled across 27 classes from the Preparatory Year to Year 6. The successful candidate will:
- Preferably have experience working in inclusion previously or strong skillset demonstrated with differentiation and adjustments for students with curriculum.
- Fully supported by HoSES.
- Team approach to management of students and knowledge of the AC for adjustments.
- Very clear timetables and structures within the school.
- Full inclusion model of working with students in classrooms.
