AddressPacific Hope Christian School is a special school providing Christian Education for students with a mild to moderate level of intellectual delay or Autism in Kindy to Year 12. This co-educational Christian learning community is committed to developing and nurturing its students. Pacific Hope School is located in Tweed Heads on the far north coast of NSW and is part of the Pacific Group of nine Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW. Pacific Hope School is located on the same site as Pacific Coast Christian School and has its own Campus Director but shares facilities. Each student is unique, and we aim to develop the full potential in each individual by providing a mixture of individualised and small group instruction and support. Pacific Hope School has a clear vision to honour Christ in all its programs and practices. We are seeking enthusiastic teachers with a passion for teaching students with additional needs.
It is desired that applicants will possess:
- A Special Education qualification and/or experience.
- A willingness to teach across all Key Learning Areas.
- Experience working with students with a disability is desirable but not essential.
