As the Team Administrator your role is critical for the smooth running of the Branch, being hands on with all aspects of the business from Reception, Sales Support, Technical scheduling, general administration, and office management. You will work closely with each team, to understand their individual needs and be an all-round asset to the team in allowing them to function effectively and efficiently through expert administration.
Your new role
- Proven experience in a similar Office Administrator position.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientated nature.
- A medium to strong skills with Microsoft packages, ideally Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams
- Ability to problem solve, multitask, and collaborate with colleagues to resourcefully resolve issues.
- Have a great eye for detail and the ability to apply that skill to your administration duties.
