Full Job Description
Our client is a successful commercial property agency. Renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery, they manage an ever-expanding portfolio. They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals.
They are now seeking an energetic Team Assistant, to join their busy and high performing Commercial Leasing team. Supporting a team of highly successful Leasing Agents, the role will handle a multitude of tasks and will benefit working with a professional and friendly team.
Tasks will include:

• Diary management & travel management.
• File management & Filling
• Prepare and produce submissions for properties
• Offer & Acceptance and commercial lease contracts
• Facilitating and coordinating meetings, presentations, travel and conferences
• Client and third-party liaison
• Real-Estate Advertising (hard signage, online, shopfronts etc)
• Credit card reconciliation
• Monthly reporting
• Running general errands – dry cleaning/coffees
• General administration
• Lease administration
• Personal marketing
• Planning and coordination of events

The role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset. Ideally you will have experience in a fast paced sales environment and an interest in commercial property
