Inner Eastern suburb of Melbourne

About the Company:
This company is a dynamic account and financial services firm. They consist of accountants, financial planners, auditors, mortgage brokers and tax and other specialists.

About the Role:
Reporting into the Audit Partners, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal/executive assistance to the Audit team.

The responsibilities of this role will include but won't be limited to:

Answering and responding to calls
Organise meetings including typing of agenda
Collate and distribute reports and take minutes
Prepare presentations and speeches as required
Event and function management
Organise travel arrangements
Manage correspondence - income and outgoing mail
This role will also require to cover the receptionist lunch break one day a week.

About you:
Experience as a PA or Team Administrator necessary
Experience in a corporate environment necessary
Knowledge of MSO Suite advantageous
Knowledge of MYOB is beneficial
Excellent interpersonal skills
