- Contract role starting immediately on an ongoing basis

- Must have customer service and administration experience
The role:
Supporting a large Engineering team, you will provide both administration and customer service support.
- Create work orders
- Prepare maintenance schedules, monitor completion and update systems with status and outcomes
- Work with team leads to ensure complaints are responded to and resolved or escalated. Record information
- Communicate with customers regarding works
