Team Administrator

A council South West of Melbourne is looking for immediate temporary administration support on either a part time or full time hours basis. 

- Contract role starting immediately on an ongoing basis
- Hourly rate depending on experience
- Hybrid working available
- 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD
- Must have customer service and administration experience

The role:
Supporting a large Engineering team, you will provide both administration and customer service support. 

• Create work orders
• Prepare maintenance schedules, monitor completion and update systems with status and outcomes
• Work with team leads to ensure complaints are responded to and resolved or escalated.  Record information
• Communicate with customers regarding works
