Commercial Real Estate Agency - looking for a team support administration and marketing all rounder

An amazing opportunity has just opened up with an long standing Commercial agency based in the heart of the CBD and operating across all of Melbourne.
With a fantastic reputation and steady growth, our client is looking to add to their dynamic team of professionals with a new team support all rounder.
The Role will include but not be limited to...
  • Providing support to a small team
  • Preparing property information and emails
  • Organising press releases for the marketing team
  • Creating sales and lease submissions
  • Preparing new listed, leased & sold letters
  • Preparing digital marketing collateral - including use of InDesign software
  • Other administration ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate...
  • Must have an agents representative certificate
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
  • Residential EAs and Administrators encouraged to apply
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign Software - highly desirable
  • A passion for the industry and willingness to learn
  • High level of organisation and time management
  • Professional personal presentative
  • A good sense of humor & team player attitude!
