Job DescriptionBased in our Sydney CBD office, this fast paced and valued role will support our rapidly growing and market leading Investment Services team. You will provide daily administrative support to the Head of Asia Markets and team of agents, to assist with the coordination of sales and marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your background in administration and organisation skills in this autonomous role.
In this integral support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of assignments which include:
- Coordinating the collation & preparation of reports, submissions, presentations, and other documentation.
- Working with the broader Investment Services team to prepare campaign related documents including sales and marketing proposal, capability statements and vendor reports.
- Actioning client requests and managing any client liaison as required.
- Maintenance of internal databases.
- Coordinating client meetings, functions and events, which includes organising catering and room bookings.
To meet the challenge of this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Verbal and written English and Mandarin language skills are required.
- Experience in a similar administrative role, with some basic property related experience.
- InDesign experience is required.
- Advanced MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Client-orientated approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
