JS Careers is hiring a Team Assistant for our highly successful Sydney office!
As a result of rapid expansion over several years we need an energetic, intelligent and organised individual to manage a broad range of operational duties to ensure the smooth running of our Sydney office.

This position can be offered on a flexible working hours basis should this be required, however require attendance in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.

The position :
This role will be highly varied, it will involve document management and oversight of a range of internal systems and reports, oversight of our corporate marketing material, system and technology develop, events management and helping with hiring, on-boarding and training new employees.
Responsibilities will include :
Daily :
- Documentation management including preparation of outgoing documents in standard company format;
- Diary management and assisting consultants and divisional leaders with arranging meetings;
- Responding to incoming enquiries (emails and phone);
- Meeting and greeting guests.
Weekly :
- Management of a range of weekly reports;
- Attending internal meetings and preparation of weekly marketing material;
- Website and social media management;
- Ordering food and beverages and maintaining office supplies.
Monthly :
- Management of a completion of a range of monthly reports.
Ongoing :
- Scheduling of new starter training;
- Co-ordination of office social calendar;
- Scheduling and organising monthly, quarterly and annual company events;
- Assisting with IT and telecommunication maintenance and upgrades.
Skillset needed :
- Of critical importance in this role is sound experience using a range of Apple/Mac products and software (pages, ical, safari, mail, numbers);
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are also extremely important for this position;
- Time management, organisation and strong numeric skills are also highly important to succeed in this role;
- Employment experience gained in a corporate environment in either a team or office management capacity will be highly regarded;
- Tertiary education in a relevant degree is also preferred for this role;
- The most important skillset is a positive outlook and ability to contribute to an exciting office culture.
