Our client is an ASX-listed Australian real estate funds management business, managing real estate investments across Australia and New Zealand. It would suit someone who has worked as an EA or Team Assistant in a corporate environment such as finance, property, or legal.
The Opportunities
- The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Executive team, including the legal and Corporate Counsel team
- Working across all asset teams – Commercial, Retail, Healthcare
- Provide high-quality, timely, and effective support to Executive level staff
- Assist the team in managing the group corporate reporting obligations
- Work across various compliance projects
- Support with Diligent Boards and Entities Systems
- Administrative tasks such as filing documents, records, registers, invoicing, and file recording
- Manage the document management system and assist with routine KYC requests
- Assist the team in managing the group's corporate reporting obligations
- Taking meeting notes, filing reports, checking in with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and delivery of high-quality and timely outputs
- Demonstrated energy and sense of urgency in attending to tasks
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to provide additional support and anticipating the needs of the team
- A Team player – always considering others in your team and working collaboratively.
- Experience providing legal or company secretarial support (ASX preferred however not essential)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and resilience to manage rapidly changing priorities and demands.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and willingness to assist others in the office
- Proactive, with energy and commitment to working in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail
- 2 - 3 years plus experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
