The Gordons Health and Human Services program delivery team is seeking a proactive and professional individual to join us as a Team Assistant - Health, Aged Care & Disability.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Health, Aged Care and Disability areas and be a key point of contact.

We would like to hear from you if you have a passion for customer service, industry liaison, and operational support in all aspects of the student journey.

Skills & attributes for success in this role

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or equivalent in a business related discipline and/or demonstrated competence through relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management and organisational skills and the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Sound understanding of the principles of exceptional customer service. Well-developed interpersonal and problem solving skills, with an ability to take initiative and contribute to process development and improvement.
Employment opportunity: Part-time 0.5FTE (19 hours per week) fixed term to 31 December 2025

Salary: $66,452 to $72,236 p.a. plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
