We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Homelessness Support Services Program. The program delivers a range of support services to individuals and families who are homeless, or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
As Team Leader, you will provide effective leadership, supervision and support to a dedicated team of Transitional Support Workers. The role will work closely with the Homelessness Support Services Senior Manager to lead the ongoing development of high quality, client focused services, and ensure compliance with program standards and funding requirements. The Team Leader will also play a key role in maintaining collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, families, funding bodies and professionals from other community services organisations.

About you
To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a tertiary qualification in community services, social work or a related discipline.
You will also have:
- Extensive experience within the housing and homelessness services sector, including knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team within a complex service delivery environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with other services, agencies and professionals to achieve successful client outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form effective working relationships and foster a positive team culture
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
