The Role:
This role will see you support the team of Lawyers and Legal Secretaries. Working as part of a team you will be playing a pivotal part in the day-to-day running of this busy law firm. You will have an easy commute as the firm is located in the CBD close to bus stops and train stations. This is a full-time permanent role.
Other duties of the role include:
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Expenses
- Billing
- Opening and closing files
- Provide support to executives
- Ad hoc administration tasks

You:
You will have previous experience as a team assistant or administrator in a legal or professional services environment. You will be highly organised, self-sufficient, and have high attention to detail.
