The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Team Administrator our team on our flagship Moorebank project. The Administrator is responsible for providing full administrative (contract, financial and team) and executive support to the Moorebank Logistics Park (MLP) development team.
No other logistics development in Australia compares to the scale, location, and potential of Moorebank Logistics Park. Moorebank Logistics Park connects Port Botany with rail terminals and warehousing in Southern Sydney, acting as a national distribution centre for interstate operations. The park combines unparalleled supply chain efficiencies with state-of-the-art cost and environment-saving automation for domestic and international Tier-1 tenants.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Moorebank and Senior Development Manager effectively as required
- Responsible for meeting coordination and prioritisation of critical activities in support of the Head of Moorebank and Senior Development Manager
- Assist in production of reports or papers as required
- Process financial payments and expense reimbursements
- Assist with project invoicing requirements
- Organise mail and couriers, purchasing office supplies and managing office repairs and maintenance
- Prepare presentations, communications and reports
- Filing, archiving, scanning, storage management and general administration
- Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Support on other operational activity as required
- Carry out other duties to benefit the business as required by management from time to time; and,
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Who we’re looking for:
To excel in this position, you will ideally possess the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and follow through on projects.
- Minimum 5 years administration experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting senior managers and their teams.
- Intermediate to advanced user of all Microsoft Word products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrate working in an environment where time management, quality, and proactive operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Team player.
