About the RoleReporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Management Team.You will effectively support all clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital. This opportunity will see you working in collaboration with Senior Managers to efficiently support the daily flow of communication, meetings and reporting for the facility.You will develop interdepartmental relationships within the team whilst establishing and maintaining organisational databases, recording meeting minutes and ensuring filing systems and records are up to date.Administrative tasks include maintaining HR database, managing workwear for employees, scheduling and organising hospital-based events and maintaining records within SharePoint.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have coordination and communication within the senior management team to build a unified high functioning multidiscipline team including Psychiatry.You will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and leave our customers with a professional and positive impression of our site, all in line with our Ramsay Core Values.You will also demonstrate:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Intermediate-advanced skills utilising the Microsoft office suite with ability to maintain data entry accuracy.
- Availability to work a range of shifts between 0830-1700 with availability for Saturdays required to cover leave.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Exceptional communications skills both verbally and written
- Excellent ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at all levels
Desirable Skill/Experience:
- Previous Mental Health Hospital experience in administration
- Previous experience in the health care industry
- Previous knowledge and experience working across switchboard, reception, sessional consulting suite and pre-admissions settings
- Experience using Patient Information Systems (i.e. Meditech)
