Join the Macmahon Recruitment Team as an EXPERIENCED Team Lead and be responsible for managing the delivery of daily recruitment activities, reporting, providing team support, managing KPI achievement and adherence to policies and procedures.
About the role
Residential based - Perth Airport Location.
Monday to Friday Office based, with flexibility.
$150,000 Annual TRP (dependant on experience).
About you
- Previous experience as a recruitment Team Lead, within the mining sector - essential
- Strong ability to lead and support a large team, attend one on ones, provide guidance and approvals
- Ability to produce recruitment reports including market trends, KPI's stats, conversions, and WFP schedules, strong excel skills - essential
- Can produce detailed PowerPoint Presentations and confident when presenting at CEO level
- Ability to drive recruitment activities to deliver KPI's and timelines
- Capability to manage volume recruitment strategies and project startups across the business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Happy to travel to sites across WA and QLD at least 4 times a year
