We're looking for a skilled manager to join as the Team Leader of SMB Scaled Business Sales AUNZ. This role will build, scale and oversee our SMB SBS Acceleration organization in AUNZ, which is responsible for accelerating the investment of new advertisers. This team will engage a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption.
You will empower your team to test a variety of services to understand the effectiveness in addressing advertiser needs and to identify what programs to scale to drive ROI across SMB. This Team Leader will partner closely with multiple cross-functional teams including the Program Management and Analytics teams to define, test, measure, optimize and scale programs. Responsibilities
1. Spearhead the growth of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector in AUNZ 2. Lead and drive a high performing team of account management for new accounts locally in Singapore
3. Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by:
- Providing best-in-class client service and partnership
- Consulting on advertiser's scale up
- Creative tips and best practices
- Budgeting and targeting recommendations
4. Identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit for the team to focus on by collaborating with Product and Marketing for go-to-market strategies; 5. Set a high standard of communication and client management for the team to follow 6. Motivate and drive the team to take initiative and succeed in AUNZ
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5-6 years of extensive experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising 2. Minimum 2 years of management experience, leading and inspiring sales team while driving measurable business outcomes 3. Knowledge of the advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem for AUNZ market
4. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce meaningful results 5. Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills 6. Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
7. Analytical skills and process management skills for scaled operations, high attention to detail and rigour, can-do attitude, and desire to learn 8.
