We are committed to delivering high-quality equipment and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team.

You will approach everything you do with energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, you will be a team player, passionate about performance and a hands-on consistent leader.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Effective Supervision - Lead and motivate a team of rental store technicians to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures
- High-Level Communication - Maintain open lines of communication with team members, management, and customers
- Ensure clear and concise information flow and resolve any issues promptly
- Safety Assurance - Develop, implement, and monitor safety plans for all work carried out
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Skills and experience required include:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role, preferably in a rental, construction, or industrial environment would be an advantage
- Relevant trade qualification essential. (Heavy Vehicle, Light Vehicle, Auto Electrical trades encouraged to apply)
- Current and valid driver's and High-risk Forklift licence essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
