They’ve just been through an incredibly stressful experience, and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed. They also need to deal with insurance companies and typically, have no idea where to begin.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a brand-new team, providing a world-class service to our customers in their time of need. This team will be responsible for bookings, customer service and lead conversion to help ‘not at fault’ drivers access our premium services, which includes providing an accident replacement vehicle, towing and vehicle repairs.
As the Team Leader, you will oversee and support the team to achieve individual and team KPIs, all whilst building a fun, positive, collaborative, and successful high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, roster, train and develop staff
- Lead and positively motivate and mentor staff
- Identify and address performance issues
- Effectively manage dispute resolution both internally and externally
- Monitor and report on daily activity and KPIs, including lead conversion and ‘Quality Assurance’ measures
- Regularly review audits to ensure high quality output
About You
You are a hardworking and collaborative team player with attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively. Previous experience in a call centre environment, leading a team, is essential. Knowledge of insurance, credit hire, motor vehicle hire and third-party industry is desirable.
