Your new company

Your new role
Reporting to the Production Manager, as Team Leader you'll be responsible for production targets, safety, quality and team management. You will develop and maintain continuous improvement and communicate with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime. You'll also monitor production performance and stock levels.
What you'll need to succeed
With previous experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, you are skilled with LEAN manufacturing and supervising a team from a diverse background. You have excellent attention to detail and are a strong communicator with the ability to motivate and lead a team. With a strong mechanical aptitude, you hold a current drivers licence as well as a fork lift licence.
