We are looking for our next Team Leader to lead one of our Civil Maintenance crews.Why Work at Maitland City Council? Monday – Friday roster $36.78 - $40.82 p/hour (inclusive of allowances) 11% super 9-day fortnight Lead a team to deliver community focused tasks Permanent, full-time role What is this role responsible for? Leading a team to meet, deliver and exceed service expectations Drive efficiency within the team to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring WHS responsibilities in a safety first culture Proactively lead Council’s WHS Management, Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems Operate plant and equipment and ensure it’s maintained in accordance with Council’s operating procedures Be responsible for the day to day activities of staff What will you bring?
