An exciting opportunity to be part of our growing award winning Physiotherapy, Pilates and Exercise clinics. Our clinics in Mosman and Balgowlah are longstanding with great clientele and with a new clinic on the north shore coming, we're looking for an experienced Women’s Health Physio to help lead our Women’s health services

The Job

The successful applicant will work closely with our Physiotherapists, patients and executive admin team to provide a high level of support and exceptional service.

The clinical role is to deliver gold standard treatment and services to all our patients of SquareOne Women’s’ health. 

Your Team Leader role will involve delivering clinical mentoring to other team members and providing leadership to develop your team into the best people they can be. You’ll be responsible for reviewing current processes and ensuring our approach is consistent with the most up to date evidence and clinical best practice. You’ll update, design and develop the inservice program for the WH team. You’ll be responsible for inducting and training new team members into the area of WH and developing team standards for treatment approaches. You’ll also be responsible for building good relationships to promote our services to referrers and also increase our brand and reputation in the local community. 

You’ll guide SquareOne Women’s Health the be the BEST, which is what we are known for.

Requirements

• AHPRA and APA Registration 
• Experienced WH physio with post grad qualifications (or desire to complete this soon) or completed advanced WHTA training modules.
• Strong clinical reasoning and physiotherapy knowledge 
• Willingness to continue to expand your clinical skills and knowledge base
• Ability to develop excellent rapport with your clients and maintain a loyal caseload
• Be passionate about life long optimal health
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Have a proactive approach, be hardworking, and strive for excellence
• Have an interest in Pilates based rehab or ideally completed equipment Pilates training
• Have an interest in developing our Women’s Health service and spending time in your week connecting with our referrers, mentoring our less experienced team members, developing our service standards, assisting in promotion and potentially being part of our leadership team. 

Advantageous skills:

Equipment Pilates (Polestar or APPI) skills highly advantageous. 

Training can be provided for the right applicant in these areas.

The details

• Full-time or Part-time Position 
• Contractual Salaried Package of $110 000 - $130 000 – level dependant on experience.
