- 1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, while managing competing work priorities and work flow within allocated resources
- 2. Ability to determine priorities for others, allocate tasks, motivate, coach and monitor work performance of staff to achieve work objectives.
- 3. Demonstrated ability to develop a 24 hour 7 day a week rotating roster
- 4. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of the team
- 5. Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and customer service approach
- 6. Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
- 7. Experience in operating a switchboard, Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel and ability to use other systems such as IPM, Kronos, Staff Link, HETI (or similar)
- 8. Experience in the supervision of staff within a busy switchboard/call centre environment
