Job description

Here at MSWA we specialise in providing personalised care and support to those living with neurological conditions (for example MS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Motor Neurone, Acquired Brain Injury and Stroke).  We are proud of the range services we can provide our clients including allied health/clinical, in-home care, and high-support accommodation.

You will also have a small case load of clients to support, and you will be required to travel to our Vasse office once a week.

A day in the life:

  • Support your team – help them achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Manage your own small caseload of clients.
  • Keep things ticking along - allocate caseloads and track referral reporting against KPIs.
  • Maintain Customer Service - assist with the prompt resolution of any incidents or complaints.
  • Bring about change - Identify improvements to our processes and systems.

  • NDIS or HCP experience is essential
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • You can easily manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Salary Packaging: Utilise a portion of your salary for daily expenses pre-tax.
  • Growth Opportunities: We offer a career path that fosters both personal and professional development through structured training.
