We are proud of the range services we can provide our clients including allied health/clinical, in-home care, and high-support accommodation.
This role leads a small team of 4 Client Liaison Coordinators who connect clients to MSWA’s internal services and supports, helping them throughout their NDIS journey.
In your role at Team Leader – South West, you’ll seek to nurture and mentor them, developing a client-focused culture and ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll oversee the completion of tasks, monitor KPI’s, assist with Client coordination and support the team on a daily basis.
Additionally, you work across the Bunbury and Vasse centres to ensure exceptional service delivery to MSWAs client base.
A day in the life:
- Support your team – help them achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Manage your own small caseload of clients.
- Keep things ticking along - allocate caseloads and track referral reporting against KPIs.
- Maintain Customer Service - assist with the prompt resolution of any incidents or complaints.
- Bring about change - Identify improvements to our processes and systems.
Our ‘must haves’
- You’re a Team Leader who can support complex customer service teams.
- You understand what it takes to mentor a team.
- Strong Customer Service skills
- You can easily manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with NDIS or similar funding stream.
- NDIS workers screening check (or willingness to obtain.)
- Full driving licence.
