Location: Albury, Griffith, Tumut/Junee Hub, Young, and Wagga Wagga Community Corrections
Position Type: Ongoing 35 hours per week
Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8 starting at $113,746 pa

Your role
Community CorrectionsTeam Leaders provide professional support, mentoring and leadership to the team to ensure a high standard of professional service delivery that is compliant with legislation, policies, and procedures.
What you’ll do
Develop a cohesive team while guiding and supporting team members with differing levels of skills and competence in a changing work environment. Provide clear and supportive feedback to develop and support staff to promote individual accountability. Provide oversight of caseloads with complex and high risk offenders. There are extensive training opportunities and promotional opportunities on progression. If you enjoy guiding and supporting team members and liaising across multiple stakeholders, then this work will interest you!
