About the Role: As the Team Leader Development Contributions, you will spearhead efforts to develop innovative and effective development contribution plans and planning agreements, aligning with the council's strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a dynamic team to deliver impactful outcomes that contribute to the overall success of the council.
- Collaborating proactively with other business units, including Finance and Project Delivery teams, to ensure optimal use of Development Contributions and efficient management of planning agreements.
- Driving planning and reporting activities related to Development Contributions and planning agreements, while managing strategic, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and delivering successful development contribution plans and planning agreements.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to lead strategic and diverse projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations.
