You will Instruct and supervise clients in exercise, fitness techniques and use of equipment as well as coordinate staffing and rosters for the Gym and Fitness team to deliver programs and services.To view the Position Description, pleaseAbout YouWe are seeking an individual who Accredited Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent) and has 2 years' experience in the fitness industry.You will have the following skills and experience;

• High-level knowledge of appropriate exercise prescriptions for different groups, ages, abilities and fitness levels.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating fitness programs.
• Ability to motivate, train and lead a small team.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with customers.

BenefitsThis is a permanent part time position working 25 hours per week.The total remuneration package for this position commences at $81,500.64 (pro rata) gross per annum, comprising of:

• $1412.00 (pro rata) per week base salary
• $155.32 (pro rata) per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
