Apply now for this exciting opportunity as Team Leader, Employee Benefits (Payroll).We have an immediate permanent vacancy in our payroll team for someone with good leadership skills and demonstrated experience working in a payroll environment.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function and ensuring the delivery of highly responsive, accurate and client focused payroll services. You will lead and provide guidance, training, and development to a small, co-operative, and diligent payroll team including oversight of quality assurance, system, and process improvements.To be successful for this position, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a payroll environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, projects, policies, and procedures that are tailored to the business.
