You will lead and provide guidance, training, and development to a small, co-operative, and diligent payroll team including oversight of quality assurance, system, and process improvements.To be successful for this position, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a payroll environment.

• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, projects, policies, and procedures that are tailored to the business.
