The Team Leader – Employment Support provides leadership to the Employment Services team, leading an environment focussed on excellence in the success of recruitment and maintenance of Supported Employment. This role is integral to the preparation and coordination of the NDIS standards for employees with a disability and Supported Employment Disability Providers. As a brand ambassador, this role will promote Aruma as an ideal supported employment option at various expos and community events.

A day in the life of a Team Leader – Employment Support
Create and fun and positive workplace culture that reflects our values, contributing to excellent team results, whilst providing high quality leadership and coaching to team members.
Develop strong and professional working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on matters relating to NDIS and supported employment.
Deliver outstanding customer service that is timely, relevant and aligned with the Aruma brand and reputation.
Ensure al Supported Employment documentation, NDIS practices and processes are aligned to NDIS and DSS standards.
Maintain and apply in-depth knowledge and understanding of NDIS processes, ensuring that all Aruma policies and procedures are adhered to.
About you
Excellent administrator who is extremely well organised with a high attention to detail.
Experience and knowledge of NDIS and Supported Employment, including Service Agreements and schedule of Supports.
Confident leader with experience leading a small team.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Well developed written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
