We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team in Hobart! Working closely with our State Manager, this role involves managing our local team whilst maintaining a reduced caseload, and would suit a Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career or an experienced manager looking to make a change.
 
We have a fantastic local team, with our office based in the heart of Hobart. We embrace a very supportive, fun and flexible culture and are looking for our next like minded addition! 
 
About You:

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with full relevant professional membership);
• Minimum 2-3 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation (mandatory);
• Business development, leadership, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience (highly regarded);
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
