We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Team Leader position based in Launceston, Tasmania. Key accountabilities include:
- Manage your own caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services
- Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team
- Meet individual and team targets
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with AHRPA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role
- Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers.
