Team Leader - Operations

Are you an experienced Operations and Leadership professional with a background in Insurance or Banking?

Our client, a specialist underwriting agency, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Operations and Leadership Manager.

Role Overview:

As the Operations and Leadership Manager, you will lead a team of insurance professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving performance excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentoring and developing staff within your team to foster growth and enhance skill sets.
• Implementing performance management strategies to optimise team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in Operations and Leadership within the Insurance or Banking sector.
• Familiarity with Domestic Home Insurance policies preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
