We are looking for a confident leader to join our growing Revenue Services branch in this newly created position. About your new role As Team Leader Property and Customer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of dedicated professionals who are responsible for Property and Customer related tasks, including change of ownership processes, occupancy status changes, objections to categorisation and property valuations. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, including resource allocation and rostering, while driving performance and team cohesion. As Team Leader, you will also be responsible for data integrity checks, coaching and training of your team.
