Position Summary:

Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of QC Chemists to ensure flawless execution of quality control testing and analysis.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain the highest standards in our laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine testing priorities and successfully implement QC strategies.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and interpret results to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional development.
- Strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all testing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a QC chemistry environment.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
