Team Leader Residential - Various Sites

Multicap Tasmania has been providing people living with a disability and their families with high quality services for over 50 years, having been an integral part of the local community since 1971. We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader – Residential, with two positions based in Devonport and one at Ulverstone. 

This position has responsibility for coordination of a team of staff in the provision of high quality client care in a residential setting whilst also providing direct care assistance and support for clients within this residential setting as a member of the support team in that environment.

You will establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including clients, families and guardians to enable enhanced independence, community participation and individual needs.

An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed and/or will have attained previous experience in a relevant industry, service or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve high quality outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
