Team Leader (Residential)

Multicap Tasmania has been providing people living with a disability and their families with high quality services for over 50 years, having been an integral part of the local community since 1971. We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader – Residential who will be responsible for empowering a team of Disability Support Workers to ensure high-quality care is provided to our valued clients.  Based in Launceston, you will establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including clients, families and guardians to enable enhanced independence, community participation and individual needs.

We will welcome your application if you have:

• Previous experience working within the disability sector.
• Knowledge of client centered planning approaches that lead to client goal achievements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve high quality outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
