Team Leader - Sme

This business is a well-established and profitable national insurance broking firm.  They have clients who have been with them for many years, a reflection on their servicing standards and their efforts to cement themselves as part of the community. 
  
They are currently looking for a Commercial Team Leader to perform a hands-on leadership role which will involve handling all aspects of staff management for a small team of Brokers as well manage a small portfolio of clients.
  
The experience they are seeking is:

• At least 5 years' insurance broking experience
• Proven leadership skills
• An enthusiasm for and proven skill at acquiring new clients
• You will have your tier 1 or Diploma qualification
• Experience of commercial products (preferably within construction)
• Experience of working pro-actively on securing new business as part of the broader portfolio management responsibilities
